Actor Todd Stashwick on location in Chicago, IL, giving a personal tour of some of his favorite spots on the north side of town – all part of a promotional project to support the launch of the TRUE NOIR Podcast project produced by ICU.
The Chief Creative Officer for Imagination Connoisseurs Unlimited, LLC (ICU), Robert Meyer Burnett, led a small crew into Chicago, IL, for a full-day shoot in various locations. The footage will be used to promote ICU’s upcoming TRUE NOIR Podcast series.
Actor and series producer Todd Stashwick, as well as fellow series producers Phil Dingeldein and Mike Bawden, were among the crew. Mr. Dingeldein’s production company, dPhilms, shot video footage and still photographs throughout the day.
Mr. Stashwick, a Chicago native, took the crew on a tour of some locations in the city that held some special meaning to him and that, interestingly enough, relate back to locations featured in the Nathan Heller series of detective novels on which the TRUE NOIR Podcast series is based.
Much of what was shot will be edited into various features that will debut during the project’s crowdfunding and promotional tours in early 2024.
